Our Mission is to improve the lives of clients we serve by providing a range of high quality, effective and compassionate psychotherapy services.
Thank you for visiting our site. We are committed to your growth, your expansion and your success. We would like to help you meet your goals.
Life can be difficult. Thoughts and and feelings can be overwhelming and misleading. Having a space to "unpack" your thoughts and emotions is often helpful, especially when done with a skilled professional. Although we all deserve to be happy, having personal challenges and experiencing stressful events are unfortunately, a normal part of life. You may also have experienced traumatic events such as abuse, death or divorce. Sometimes problems can be resolved by simply shifting your perspective, seeking support and having healthy coping skills. However, in other cases, you may need to go to those places you've kept hidden or secret, or examine unconscious motivations, in order to break destructive patterns.
We all want to be happy and we pursue this quest in our own special ways. We all struggle with our deep yearning for love, meaning and acceptance. We at Transcend Therapy believe in the healing power of relationships, especially the one you have with yourself. Congruence is a process as much as it is a goal.(Living in alignment with your values and beliefs; A state when who you want to be is who you are).
We are here to help free you from false beliefs and behaviors that are no longer serving you, so that you may continue onto the path of fulfillment. We would be honored to join you in your journey. Psychotherapy just might be part of the solution. On the first visit, we will talk about your concerns and gather information about you that may be helpful in understanding you current predicament. Then we will work together in determining the best course of action to assist you in reaching your goals.
Imagine a life of clarity and confidence!
