I am Bi-Lingual (Filipino-Tagalog) Psychotherapist with over 13 years experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family issues, symptoms from trauma or abuse or domestic violence. I work with adults, couples, children/adolescents and families.  Other areas of experience include grief/loss, sexual abuse, late onset PTSD, sexually reactive youth, substance abuse/addictions, family-of-origin/inner child issues, divorce/separation. 
 
In the area of EAP (Employee Assistance Program), I have extensive experience providing employment policy consultations, workplace violence consultations and threat assessments. 
 
I am also qualified to provide Clinical Supervision to MFT and ASW Interns.

I believe in the value of working in partnership with clients. My practice is informed by my diverse and unique life experiences and my commitment to continued personal growth and professional development.  I work from a strengths-based perspective, striving to connect people to their own power and inner wisdom.      
 
On the first visit, we will talk about your concerns and how we can work together in helping you reach your goals.  I will gather information about you that may be helpful in understanding you current predicament. I have evening and some weekend availability.
