      <title>Sacred Space</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903081"&gt;My clients never cease to amaze me - their strength, courage and committment.&amp;#160; I have the utmost respect for them for creating the space to be educated, challenged and inspired.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903082"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903083"&gt;Ever felt torn between what you feel and what you 'know'.&amp;#160; That is also known as Cognitive Dissonance - where you can't be on the same page with yourself.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903084"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903085"&gt;We all struggle with this from time to time.&amp;#160; In a world that promotes constant distraction and dissatisfaction, it's hard to ascertain what it is that YOU truly desire vs what is it that YOU THINK OTHERS EXPECT OF YOU.&amp;#160; Constant pressure, shifting perspectives, in addition to your own conflicting thoughts and feelings can make it difficult to feel centered.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903086"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903087"&gt;One way to feel&amp;#160;grounded is to &amp;quot;be with&amp;quot; your&amp;#160;ambivalence and discomfort.&amp;#160; Schedule a time with yourself where you are NOT doing ANYTHING&amp;#160;other than connecting with yourself.&amp;#160; Some people call this space &amp;quot;meditation&amp;quot;. or &amp;quot;quiet reflection&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; I call it your SACRED SPACE.&amp;#160; Just &amp;quot;BE&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; No TV, radio, spouse, kids or any person, place or thing you turn to distract yourself.&amp;#160; It's pretty challenging work.&amp;#160; I believe this is creates that magical space where you begin to gain clarity and hear God's voice (or your Higher Power), more audibly and clearly.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903088"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903089"&gt;Whatever the medium you prefer - Therapy, Yoga, Meditation, Exercise or a combination of activities, what matters is creating that&amp;#160;SACRED SPACE that allows for healing and expansion.&amp;#160; This is YOUR TRUE NATURE - to be whole, to love and be loved.&amp;#160; I know it sounds simple, but in actuality, it is one of the most difficult tasks to accomplish in this lifetime.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903090"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903091"&gt;I hope&amp;#160;for the collective healing of the world so that we can give and receive MORE LOVE during our lifetime.&amp;#160; I believe this is in our DNA - whether we know it or not.&amp;#160; There is NOTHING greater than LOVE.&amp;#160; We want what we want because we think that's what's going to bring us&amp;#160;more love and happiness. LOVE and HAPPINESS are what drive us.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903092"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903093"&gt;The path to LOVE &amp;amp; HAPPINESS is to create and maintain a SACRED SPACE where you can allow MAGIC to happen.&amp;#160; How can we hear when we are so distracted and in constant motion? Take time to &amp;quot;BE&amp;quot;, to ALLOW and to BE HUMBLE, accepting that what we NEED right now may differ from what&amp;#160;we WANT.&amp;#160; Take time to &amp;quot;process&amp;quot; and FEEL our emotions, no matter how uncomfortable they are.&amp;#160; There is a time and place for everything.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903094"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903095"&gt;This is what my clients remind me to do on a daily basis.&amp;#160; It is the gift of being a teacher and a student, which we all are.&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903096"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903097"&gt;Honor your Sacred Space.&amp;#160; Cultivate Healing and Hope.&amp;#160; We all want the same things, we just take different routes!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903098"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903099"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903100"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903101"&gt;In Love &amp;amp; Light,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903102"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903103"&gt;Cecille&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903104"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-34903105"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
